Meet The Baby Rack Team

Hi, I’m Lucy and I’m the proud owner of The Baby Rack. The photo above is of my son James and I from 2019 when we visited the F1 races. When I’m not working I spend as much time as I can with him, but I also enjoy a large glass of wine with friends and family – oh and of course, hitting the shops!
I started The Baby Rack 9 years ago from my living room when James was just 3 months old, being a first-time mum and starting a business had its challenges at first but I found the experience very rewarding. The business grew very quickly and within a few months my home had turned into a makeshift shop, so in August 2012 I had to expand and The Baby Rack shop was born.
I wouldn’t have got this far without our amazing customers both instore and online, some of which have become lifelong friends.
I’m pleased to say I still find the business rewarding and I love coming to work, most of all I get to enjoy it with the most amazing staff who you can meet below.
